Context: Agriculture is one of the sectors most exposed to uncertainty due to its dependence on environmental, biological, production, and market factors. Objective: To analyze the international scientific production on agricultural risk management indexed in Scopus during the period 2000-2025. Methodology: A bibliometric study with a quantitative approach. The corpus consisted of 139 original scientific articles published between 2000 and 2025, analyzed using the Bibliometrix package in R, employing indicators of scientific productivity, journals, authors, annual evolution, keyword co-occurrence, and collaboration networks. Results: A progressive growth in scientific production was evidenced, with greater dynamism in recent years. The thematic lines were organized around agricultural insurance, climate change, risk assessment, risk perception, agricultural policies, and decision support systems. Likewise, a concentration of production was identified in Europe, North America, and Asia, along with a lower presence from Latin America and Africa. Conclusion: Agricultural risk management is an expanding, interdisciplinary, and strategic field for strengthening the resilience of agricultural systems in the face of uncertain scenarios.
